🔄 How does automatic renewal work?
Your initial purchase also starts an Updates & Support subscription. At the end of the included six months, it renews and you are charged for the next six-month period. This continues every six months while auto-renewal is enabled.
The recurring payment extends your access to new extension versions and support.
⚙️ How can I cancel auto-renewal?
You can cancel automatic renewal at any time, including immediately after purchasing:
- Sign in and open your AllForJoomla orders.
- Find the relevant extension.
- Click Cancel autorenew.
Cancelling auto-renewal stops future renewal charges. Your Updates & Support access remains active until the end of the current period.
📅 What happens when Updates & Support expires?
Your lifetime license remains valid, and expiration of Updates & Support does not itself disable the installed extension. Access to new extension versions and support ends until you renew.
